This modern black office tower on the northeast corner of 42nd Street and Third Avenue continued the Durst-led redevelopment of Midtown. 675 Third Avenue embodies the golden age of the second generation of The Durst Organization Inc. In 1994, the building’s mechanical systems were completely upgraded and a full security system was installed. The building is actively tracking its energy performance with Energy Star.
