733 Third Avenue

A testament to the Durst family’s perseverance and foresight, this office tower required a dozen separate transactions over the course of a decade before construction could begin in 1959. Occupying the southwest corner of Third Avenue and 46th Street, 733 Third Avenue saw a complete renovation of the entry, lobby, and elevator cabs in 2005. The building continues to actively track its energy performance with Energy Star.
