Guided by our ethos of sustainability, our amenity brand, Well& by Durst, was created for the many people and businesses who come together under our roofs to work, play, live and thrive. In 2018, we unveiled Well& by Durst in the reimagined Frank Gehry Cafeteria located on the 45,600SF amenity floor at One Five One. Since then, we have expanded our brand to include the 64th floor of One World Trade Center and the 12th floor of 825 Third Avenue.
Well& by Durst at One Five One elevates the dining experience with its food hall offering artisanal cuisine made with wholesome, authentic, and seasonal ingredients. The heart of the floor is The Green, a lounge-style retreat for tenants, surrounded by lush greenery that creates a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere. Well& by Durst's curated programming provides tenants with events ranging from cooking demos and lectures to DIY classes and trivia nights. Along with flexible meeting and event spaces, Well& by Durst serves as a social hub for conferences, corporate events, and other gatherings.
Well& by Durst at One World Trade Center offers a delicious menu of freshly prepared seasonal meals along with authentic Italian coffee. State-of-the-art meeting, event, and lounge spaces provide premium business services. Exclusive curated programming gives our building community the chance to socialize through classes, lectures, and workshops. At 64 floors high, tenants can practice yoga in the sky or sit atop the clouds with a freshly brewed latte.
