Clune Construction to move New York City headquarters

Clune Construction, a national general contractor, will move its New York City headquarters to Midtown East office building 655 Third Ave The approximately 23,400-square-foot-space comprises the entire 10th floor of the building. Asking rent was $69 per square foot. The landlord, The Durst Organization, was represented in-house by Tom Bow, Ashlea Aaron and Bailey Caliban. The contractor was represented by Savills’ John Mambrino and Nicholas Farmakis. Clune Construction previously had its New York City headquarters at 405 Lexington.
