The automation company Hyperscience is tripling its footprint at 1 World Trade Center, signing a 10-year lease for the entire 88th floor of the famed building, the Durst Organization and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey announced Monday Hyperscience will take 34,382 square feet in the building and plans to move to the 88th floor from its prior space on the 45th floor during the first quarter of next year.
