Participating in the Life of the City

From its earliest days, the Durst family has recognized that a vibrant, healthy and culturally rich New York City is intertwined with the success of the family business. Through the generations, the Dursts have actively participated in the life of the City in a wide variety of ways: supporting the arts, assembling and preserving historical records, encouraging sustainable farming, teaming up with local environmental groups, and more. All in an effort to make the City a little better for all its families.
