Launched in 2017 by The Durst Organization, Well& by Durst revolutionized office tower tenant amenities at a time when dedicated amenity floors were uncommon. Our mission: to offer elevated, hospitality-focused food, meeting, and event spaces tailored to tenants and visitors alike.

Over the years, Well& by Durst has grown, developing three distinct spaces across Midtown and Lower Manhattan, each designed to enhance conferences and special occasions. Well& by Durst at One Five One

Conveniently located near Bryant Park and Times Square, One Five One offers over 11,000 square feet of flexible event space. From small gatherings to large get-togethers, this venue accommodates anywhere from 14 to 450 guests. Featuring a stunning 55-foot LED video wall and an on-site planning and catering team, One Five One makes event planning effortless.

As a tenant, enjoy seasonal delights in our Well& by Durst food hall, adjacent to the reimagined Frank Gehry café. Our in-house Executive Chef uses wholesome, seasonal ingredients every day, creating monthly specials to keep the menu fresh. Or grab a drink and a game of pool at The Green, our exclusive tenant lounge wrapped in a floor-to-ceiling, 100+ foot living green wall with 2,200 plants.

Well& by Durst at 825 Third Avenue

825 Third Avenue was recently transformed from top to bottom with a $150 million modern renovation. Well& by Durst at 825 Third, occupying the full 12th floor of the building, offers a stunning indoor-outdoor experience that takes any occasion to the next level. With sweeping views of the East River from the over 6,000 square foot wrap-around terrace and a warm and welcoming interior, the space is perfect for a board meeting, conference, or cocktail party.
