Rosenberg & Estis Expands to 52K SF at Durst’s 733 Third Avenue
Law firm Rosenberg & Estis will expand its 733 Third Avenue offices to 52,000 square feet, landlord the Durst Organization announced. Rosenberg & Estis signed a 10-year lease to take over the entire 16k-sq ft 15th floor of the Midtown East building between East 45th and East 46th Streets, The New York Post first reported.

Rosenberg & Estis is expanding to more than 50,000 square feet at The Durst Organization’s 733 Third Avenue. The real estate law firm renewed the space it occupies on the 12th and 14th floors of the building, and signed a new, 10-year lease for the entire 16,456-square-foot 15th floor, the New York Post reported.

Digital marketing firm inks lease at OneWTC
A digital marketing firm is trading its Midtown digs for the 77th floor of One World Trade Center. Undertone inked a lease for 25,550 square feet in the office tower, the New York Post reported. The firm, based at 340 Madison Avenue, plans to move in January.
