The Durst Organization announced that Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated has signed a 15-year lease for the entire 16th floor of 1155 Avenue of the Americas. The building is currently undergoing a $110 million capital improvement program.

Robert W. Baird & Co. has completed a 16,000-square-foot lease at The Durst Organization’s 1155 Avenue of the Americas, according to a news release from the landlord. The financial services firm will occupy the entire 16th floor of the 41-story structure between West 44th and West 45th Streets.

A wealth management firm is ditching its Fifth Avenue digs for The Durst Organization’s 1155 Sixth Avenue. Robert W. Baird, a financial services firm, has inked a lease for 16,000 square feet on the 16th floor of the Durst’s Midtown office building, the New York Post reported. Asking rent was $85 per square foot.
