A developer of a massive Queens project has signed a long-term lease with a local grocer to open a supermarket at the site, a deal that was helped by the replacement this spring of a real-estate tax-abatement program.

Email Marketing Company Sailthru Leases Office Space at 1 WTC
Digital marketing company Sailthru has leased 27,320 square feet of offices on the 48th floor of 1 World Trade Center. The five-year deal, which was first reported on by The New York Post, is for a prebuilt suite at the 3-million-square-foot tower owned by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and Durst Organization.
