The Durst Organization and Urban Atelier Group have topped out of the construction at 20 and 30 Halletts Point in Astoria, Queens This mixed-use complex comprises 647 units across two towers, with one rising 27 stories and the other 32 stories. The project, designed by Handel Architects, is part of a development on the waterfront, set to include a public waterfront esplanade and park, as well as retail spaces. The Durst Organization and its general contractor Urban Atelier Group (UAG) have topped out construction at 20 and 30 Halletts Point in Astoria, Queens.
