Convene will have own lobby and address for its flagship Convene, an event venue hosting company, inked a lease for 36,000 square feet at Durst Organization’s 114 West 47th Street in Midtown. The firm’s flagship will have its own lobby and address at 117 West 46th Street. Convene will use the ground, second and lower levels, which has capacity to hold 500 people, for events. The space features stage lighting, digital signage, high speed Wifi, and audio and video technology, the New York Post reported.
