The Durst Organization has inked three new deals totalling around 32,000 square feet at 1133 Sixth Ave. at West 43rd Street. Treliant Risk Advisors took 16,940 square feet; Health Management Associates, 11,700 square feet; and Olympus Holdings, 3,345 square feet.
