The New York Landmarks Conservancy has announced the winners of the 2024 Lucy G. Moses Preservation Awards, the Conservancy’s highest honors for excellence in preservation. The Award recipients demonstrate the amazing and challenging preservation projects that occur throughout the City Queens Plaza Clocktower at 29-27 Queens Plaza North, Long Island City and Most Precious Blood Roman Catholic Church at 32-23 36th Street in Astoria will receive the Awards at a ceremony on April 10 at The Plaza Hotel. Clune Construction, a national general contractor, will move its New York City headquarters to Midtown East office building 655 Third Ave The approximately 23,400-square-foot-space comprises the entire 10th floor of the building. Asking rent was $69 per square foot. The landlord, The Durst Organization, was represented in-house by Tom Bow, Ashlea Aaron and Bailey Caliban. The Durst Organization announced that Clune Construction is relocating its NYC headquarters to 655 Third Avenue near Grand Central, leasing the entire 10th floor. This move, alongside Empire State Development’s lease, has increased the building’s occupancy from 52% to 85% The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Tom Bow, Ashlea Aaron, and Bailey Caliban.
