Chicago-based law firm Jenner & Block has inked a 15-year deal for new digs at The Durst Organization’s 1155 Avenue of the Americas The firm will be downsizing from its current 79,000 square feet of offices at SL Green’s 919 Third Ave. to take 67,000 square feet across the 29th through 32nd floors at its new address.
