EisnerAmper Inks 124K SF Deal to Move Midtown East HQ

The national advisory and tax services firm is relocating its headquarters exactly one block south, from SL Green Realty Corp.‘s 750 Third Avenue to Durst Organization’s 733 Third Avenue, Durst announced in a press release today. EisnerAmper signed a 15-year, 124,327-square-foot lease in the building between East 45th and East 46th Streets.
