Bank of America is leading a $1.6 billion refinancing on the One Bryant Park office tower in Midtown, according to a Kroll Bond Rating Agency report. The deal is set to close on August 21, according to KBRA.

Archaeologists digging where residential tower is planned in Northern Liberties
It was a historic discovery, unearthed beneath a parking lot along Philadelphia's waterfront Friday afternoon. An archeological dig uncovered a host of bones and bulk-heads on Columbus boulevard, and today the public was allowed to visit the site where the artifacts were discovered.

Tech Startup Carta Takes Full Floor at 1 WTC
San Francisco-based tech startup Carta has signed a seven-year lease for 36,099 square feet on the entire 81st floor of One World Trade Center. The seven-year-old company, which provides equity management products for startup companies, is relocating from its offices at 515 Greenwich St.

West Shipyard Archaeological Dig Hosts Public Tour This Friday
This week, archaeologists began digging beneath a parking lot at Vine Street and Columbus Boulevard in search of information about Philadelphia’s early maritime history. The asphalt lot covers the site of the former West Shipyard, founded in 1676 when the Delaware River waterfront was located along Water Street.
