Durst leases 81st floor of One World Trade
The Durst Organization and The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey announced that eShares, Inc. dba Carta has signed a seven-year lease for 36,099 s/f on the entire 81st floor of One World Trade Center. The seven-year old company is relocating from their offices at 515 Greenwich Street.

One Bryant Park Lands $1.6B CMBS Refi
Bank of America is leading a $1.6 billion refinancing on the One Bryant Park office tower in Midtown, according to a Kroll Bond Rating Agency report. The deal is set to close on August 21, according to KBRA.

Archaeologists digging where residential tower is planned in Northern Liberties
It was a historic discovery, unearthed beneath a parking lot along Philadelphia's waterfront Friday afternoon. An archeological dig uncovered a host of bones and bulk-heads on Columbus boulevard, and today the public was allowed to visit the site where the artifacts were discovered.
