EŌS (855 Avenue of the Americas)

Located at 100 West 31st Street, EŌS is a residential tower atop a commercial base that includes 122,000 square feet of office space leased by Nike and an additional 40,000 square feet of retail space on the ground and concourse level along Sixth Avenue leased to Nordstrom Rack.
