A wealth management firm is ditching its Fifth Avenue digs for The Durst Organization’s 1155 Sixth Avenue. Robert W. Baird, a financial services firm, has inked a lease for 16,000 square feet on the 16th floor of the Durst’s Midtown office building, the New York Post reported. Asking rent was $85 per square foot.
