Email Marketing Company Sailthru Leases Office Space at 1 WTC
Digital marketing company Sailthru has leased 27,320 square feet of offices on the 48th floor of 1 World Trade Center. The five-year deal, which was first reported on by The New York Post, is for a prebuilt suite at the 3-million-square-foot tower owned by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and Durst Organization.

One World Trade Center Gets a New 5-Year Tenant
Sailthru has signed a five-year lease on the 48th floor for a huge, 27,320- square-foot prebuilt at One World Trade Center. The tenant, which will move from 160 Varick St., was represented by Michael Berg, Howard Hersch and Bill Peters of JLL.
