Italian restaurant Rosemary’s is planning to open a new location, at 825 Third Ave., later this year. The farm-to-table establishment recently signed a lease for 6,000 square feet at the Durst Organization’s 530,000-square-foot office tower currently undergoing renovations at the address Rosemary’s third location will consist of a 140-seat indoor dining room and bar, and a 50-seat outdoor space.
