Marketing and Communications Investment Firm Signs on at One World Trade Center

The Stagwell Group, an investment firm that owns digital marketing, advertising, research and communications companies, is taking space at 1 World Trade Center. The company has signed a lease for 83,955 square feet on the entire 62nd and 63rd floors of the 104-story tower.

From The Top of the World: TV Signal Returns to World Trade Center

The Spanish language network Telemundo 47 began broadcasting from the top of One World Trade Center this morning, the first time a television signal has been beamed from the site since 9/11. Telemundo 47's parent company, NBC, will also broadcast from the location by the end of the year.
