The Durst Organization Announces Three New DurstReady Tenants in Third Avenue Portfolio

New York, NY – April 25, 2024 – The Durst Organization today announced three new DurstReady leases in the company’s Third Avenue portfolio totaling 9,387 square feet. DurstReady offers exceptionally designed, fully furnished, wired, and move-in ready offices from 2,000 to 45,000 square feet.

  • Treo Asset Management, an independent manager of special situations and mature funds, is taking a 2,246-square-foot DurstReady space at 675 Third Avenue.

  • Three Line Capital Services, LLC, an alternative asset management firm, is taking 2,134 square feet of DurstReady space on the 19th floor of 733 Third Avenue.

DurstReady spaces are available throughout Durst’s Third Avenue portfolio as well as at One World Trade Center, 1133 Avenue of the Americas, 1155 Avenue of the Americas, and 114 West 47th Street.
