Frier Levitt Relocates New York Office to One World Trade Center

New York, NY (September 29, 2025) – The Durst Organization and The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey today announced that national healthcare and life sciences law firm Frier Levitt signed a lease for 7,539 square feet on the 45th floor at One World Trade Center. Widely known for having the largest creative community of technology, advertising, media, and information (“TAMI”) firms, One World Trade Center has continued to diversify with a recent growing base of finance, insurance, and real estate (“FIRE”) companies as well as law.

In addition to the Frier Levitt lease, Durst recently completed 50,000 square feet of lease renewals at the building with tenants including Capital Rx, LLC, OnyxPoint Global Management, and MCR Hotels / MORSE Development. In May, Durst announced that the penthouse floors of One World Trade Center are available for lease as an office for the first time.

The new to market penthouse floors sit at the top of the skyscraper.
