Legal and Compliance AI Company Taking 64,313 SF on 60th and 61st Floors
New York, NY – May 6, 2026 – The Durst Organization today announced that legal and compliance AI company Norm Ai has signed a lease for 64,313 square feet at One World Trade Center. The company will occupy the entire 60th floor and part of the 61st floor with the space also serving as the headquarters of Norm Law LLP, the first AI-native full-service law firm. Norm Ai joins a growing tenancy of AI firms at One World Trade Center, including Scale AI, Keychain, ASAPP, and polymorphic.
