Ameriprise Financial Renews Lease for 37,704 Square Feet at One World Trade Center

New York, NY – June 8, 2026 – The Durst Organization and The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey today announced that Ameriprise Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AMP) (Ameriprise) has renewed the company’s lease at One World Trade Center. The global financial services firm has had a corporate presence at One World Trade Center since 2016 and will retain the company’s current space of 37,704 square feet on the 78th floor for another decade. One World Trade Center is 97% leased.

“Ameriprise was one of the first tenants at One World Trade Center. Their recommitment to the building demonstrates One World Trade Center’s continued draw of financial services firms and the strength of the Lower Manhattan office market,” said Jody Durst, President of The Durst Organization.

“A decade ago, when One World Trade Center's first tenants, including Ameriprise, were moving in, the neighborhood’s future was still an open question,” said Jolene Yeats, World Trade Center director at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. “Now, 10 years later, Ameriprise's renewal signals that the question has been decisively answered: the World Trade Center has established itself as one of the region's most vibrant destinations for businesses, residents, and visitors alike. Few addresses anywhere can match the dynamic energy, stunning spaces, and convenient connectivity offered here.”
