Bill Culkin is the Senior Vice President of Accounting at The Durst Organization, responsible for accounting operations, financial reporting, audit, and tax compliance across the company. With more than 30 years of leadership experience in real estate accounting and finance, Bill was most recently the Chief Financial Officer at Thor Equities Group overseeing accounting and financial reporting for the company. Before joining Thor, Bill was the Chief Financial Officer of Corigin leading the company’s full scope of financial policies and accounting functions. Throughout his career, Bill has also held senior financial positions at Broadway Partners, LLC, Silverstein Properties, and WP Commercial, LLC, an affiliate of Goldman Sachs & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Niagara University.
