Ron Jerman
RON JERMAN - Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Ron oversees the operations of over 13 million square feet of commercial office space and 2200 residential units within the portfolio. He is responsible for ensuring all assets are protected, operated, enhanced and maintained to The Durst Organization’s standards. In addition to ensuring that systems run efficiently for peak performance, Ron manages capital improvements and operational upgrades. He is also responsible for tenant and resident satisfaction, as well as establishing and executing operational policies and practices across the portfolio.

Ron began his career in 1986 as a Local 94 Operating Engineer and joined The Durst Organization in 1995. He is a graduate of SUNY Farmingdale and is a board member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, the Lowes Syndrome Association.
