John Mongello is the Senior Vice President of Building Services for The Durst Organization, a position he has held since 2015.

Prior to joining The Durst Organization in 2011, John was Director of Cleaning Services at Tishman Speyer and managed cleaning operations for the Empire State Building and the Trinity Real Estate portfolio as a Project Executive at First Quality Maintenance. John began his career with American Building Maintenance as a cleaning supervisor and worked his way up to Resident Manager, a position in which he managed cleaning operations for 2, 4, and 5 World Trade Center.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Long Island University, an associates degree in Environmental Science from Mitchell College, and is pursuing a Masters of Business Administration in Financial Studies at New York University. John is a member of the International Sanitary Supply Association and of Building Owners and Managers Association International.
