Robert Werner is Vice President of Residential Property Management at The Durst Organization. He oversees Durst’s entire 4,000-unit portfolio of residential rental units in Manhattan and Queens including management, operations, and capital improvements. Robert joined Durst in 2018 to lead residential management and directed the openings of 2,000 new units including SVEN in Long Island City and Halletts Point in Astoria.

Robert has more than 30 years of experience in real estate management. Prior to joining Durst, he was a Managing Director at Rose Associates in the company’s multi-family division spearheading management, leasing, and affordable compliance of several Manhattan luxury properties. He started his career managing mixed-use residential properties for Milford Management and Douglas Elliman.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the New York Institute of Technology and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
