ANTHONY MASTROLIA, P.E., LEED AP - Vice President of Project Development

As Vice President of Project Development at The Durst Organization, Anthony (Tony) Mastrolia oversees the management and leadership of new, ground-up commercial, and residential development projects from entitlement, planning, and design through construction and operations turnover. Tony directs the procurement and management of outside resources, fosters collaboration and coordination with partner departments and firm leadership, and investigates and deploys new technologies in the conceptualization, delivery, and execution of projects.

Before joining The Durst Organization, Tony was an Executive Director of Global Real Estate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. where he was responsible for the management of construction operations for their global headquarters redevelopment project at 270 Park Avenue. Tony began his career in 2001 working in the field as a project engineer for a general contractor and over the last two decades has managed building renovations, infrastructure upgrades, new ground-up facilities, and redevelopment projects for real estate and investment companies including SL Green and Jones Lang LaSalle.

Tony holds a Master of Science in Construction Management and Bachelor of Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, is a licensed Professional Engineer, and a LEED Accredited Professional. He has also been published in Datacenter Dynamics FOCUS Magazine and is a long-time member of the Rewired for Autism golf committee which helps raise funds for children and families affected by autism.
