As Vice President of Information Technology at The Durst Organization, David Zarnitzky is responsible for the strategic vision and execution of the technology function across IT operations and support, enterprise applications, systems and networking, and cybersecurity, as well as providing cross-departmental leadership and guidance on data analytics, artificial intelligence, and PropTech initiatives.

David has over 25 years of enterprise-level leadership experience, having built and led IT operations and software development teams across several verticals including real estate, advertising, software development, publishing, and media. Prior to joining Durst in 2024, David led technology at New York-based residential owner/operator MAXX Properties.

David holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hunter College and an MBA from SUNY-Oswego. He volunteers as the President of the North Riverdale Little League.
