Jeffrey (Jeff) Parras is the Vice President of Construction at The Durst Organization where he oversees major capital improvements across the portfolio as well as tenant build-outs, while managing hundreds of millions of dollars in yearly contracts. Jeff oversees the full lifecycle of projects including scope identification, design, pre-construction, construction, and commissioning. He also maintains key relationships with tenants and contractors.
Jeff has two decades of expertise in project, construction, and real estate management. Jeff led construction for the $150 million repositioning of Durst’s One Five One West 42nd Street. Prior to joining Durst, Jeff was a project manager at JLL where he was part of the construction management team driving the $550 million renovation of the Empire State Building. He also was one of the youngest, and most active, members of the Turner Construction Royal Bank of Scotland (Project Castlerock) interiors team.
Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from CUNY Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. He is a member of the International Game Fish Association and a volunteer fire fighter with the Village of Mamaroneck Fire Department.
