Lucas Durst is the Director of Finance at The Durst Organization and a member of the fourth generation of family leaders at the company.
He oversees debt capital markets and accounting functions at Durst and has worked on large and complex transactions including the $1.6 billion financing of One Bryant Park, the $1.3 billion financing of One Five One, and the $450 million financing of SVEN.
Lucas began his career at Durst in 2014 as a finance associate. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Tufts University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Junior Board of Breaking Ground.
