Rocco Romeo oversees leasing for five commercial towers in The Durst Organization’s West Side portfolio including One Five One West 42nd Street, One Bryant Park, 1133 and 1155 Avenue of the Americas, and 114 West 47th Street. He was also part of the development and lease-up for the company’s mixed-use property at 855 Avenue of the Americas. Since joining the commercial leasing group in 2012, Rocco has leased over 9 million square feet in the West Side portfolio and has helped reposition four Class A properties – One Five One, 1133 and 1155 Avenue of the Americas, and 114 West 47th Street – where he leased up over 3.5 million square feet immediately following the renovations. In 2026, Rocco represented Durst’s One Bryant Park in the record-setting triple-net lease of 2.4 million square feet to Bank of America for a 21-year term.

Prior to joining The Durst Organization, Rocco worked on the development of 11 Times Square, 45 Park Avenue, and 247 West 46th Street. He was formerly a Director at Newmark, where he specialized in corporate services with an emphasis on financial tenant representation. Rocco holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Boston University.
